Our courier of choice is Australia Post's eParcel service for orders under 3kgs. Delivery to P.O Boxes are allowable using the Australia Post option. Our courier of choice for orders over 3kgs is Gardner Logistics. Please note that Gardner Logistics cannot deliver to post office boxes. It is important you choose a delivery address in which someone will be able to accept and sign for the delivery. Freight costs are always charged at the higher rate between the actual and cubic weight. All freight costs quoted on our website include all shipping, handling and insurance costs. All our products listed on this website are designed for Internet Sales only; we do not have a pick up options available. Freight rates will be based from the Melbourne warehouse. All freight charges applied include a handling fee within the freight bill.
