Shipping: Wholesale Group International Pty. Ltd. makes every effort to ensure your product is carefully packed and shipped in a safe and secure manner. Our courier of choice is Australia Post’s eParcel service for orders under 20kgs. Delivery to P.O Boxes are allowable using the Australia Post option. Our courier of choice for orders over 20kgs is Star Track Express. Please note that Star Track Express cannot deliver to post office boxes. It is important you choose a delivery address in which someone will be able to accept and sign for the delivery. Freight costs are always charged at the higher rate between the actual and cubic weight. All freight costs quoted on our website include all shipping, handling and insurance costs. All our products listed on this website are designed for Internet Sales only; we do not have a pick up options available. Freight rates will be based from the Melbourne warehouse.
